Shipping

The shipping of 50ml and 100ml is free of charge worldwide*.
Samples are shipped as low value items, either with priority or with signature, depending of the country of delivery.

Insurance

We insure all shipping ourselves, damaged or lost goods will be replaced. Please contact us first however. For damaged goods, a photograph is requested. However, the perfumes are non-returnable due to transport restrictions.

We use the best possible shipping method, according to the country of delivery. We usually ship your order the first working day after the order was placed. The shipping with, e.g. Fedex, are available too with surcharges, please contact us for more details.

Payments

Payments can be processed using Paypal and credit card using Stripe payment processor. It is of course possible to contact us to organise a bank transfer. Don't hesitate to write us, we are happy to help.

Shipping to the EU

All shipping to the EU are processed from our own EU warehouse. No hidden costs will occur.
